Mike made sure everything that we needed done and what didn’t need to be done was clearly explained and every question we had was answered. Pat and his team did a fantastic of removing and disposing of the old sod and bushes that were being replaced. Before new sod was put down we had a new irrigation system installed. Again, Pat and his guys did a fantastic job getting that set up and we are really happy with the coverage. It is a huge improvement from what we had. Bottom line is we could not be happier with the service, quality of the work and the follow up. Mike came out, assessed the situation and developed a plan to totally renovate both the front and back yards. His crew - Pat, Eric and others - was amazing - they showed up when they said they would , completed the tasks in a timely manner and didn’t vary from the estimate ( except when we added new tasks ) They added a new patio, irrigation system front and back, planted trees and covered all With new sod. They offered their help going forward for sod and tree maintenance as this was a large investment. You can’t go wrong with these guys. Once the work started, Pat, one of the team members, suggested a solution to a drainage issue in the yard and implemented the fix. My son found this company for me and I am so glad he did! Mike came out on two different occasions. Once at the end of July and the other in the middle of September to give me a quote because I changed my mind from what I originally thought I wanted done. He was friendly and didn’t mind. Today I got my entire backyard laid with new sod. Pat and his guys came out yesterday and prepped the backyard by removing all the old grass and prepping the area with sand and dirt. They came back out today to complete the job. Pat was extremely wonderful. He gave me instructions yesterday, but he also followed up today to ensure I understood instructions.
